Position Summary: Under general supervision you will coordinate sales quotes and provide administrative customer service functions to support customer's requirements. You may act as internal liaison with assigned accounts. Receive customers’ engineering package, review for manufacturability, develop a cost estimate and pricing, in addition to determining the best delivery date and communicates quotation. In this role you will act as customers’ primary contact on issues regarding order status, including pushouts and pull-ins, order cancellations, and assist in processing returns and credits.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have at least two years’ experience in the printed circuit board industry. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. The individual must have the ability to keep all job-related information confidential.
Required Skills:

Responsibilities:
1. Review all customer-supplied documentation.
2. Define all customers “Special Requirements”.
3. Work with Engineering to determine manufacturability of customer product.
4. Work with Manufacturing to determine capacity constraints.
5. Quote on all customer RFQ’s
6. Negotiate with customer for price and delivery.
7. Accept and enter all Sales Orders, Change Orders, and Cancellations.
8. Correspond with customers regarding all orders and RFQ’s.
9. Follow all ISO procedures.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
