POSITION SUMMARY
Liberty Lift Solutions, LLC, a growing and leading provider of Artificial Lift products and services for the oil and gas industry is seeking an energetic and dynamic Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Administrator that can coordinate, organize, and communicate our HSE and risk management systems. This position will support Liberty Lift’s HSE processes and continue to build on our culture of safety for our operations Companywide. This is a full-time position, based out of our corporate office in Houston, TX. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about learning and contributing to our safety culture. They will demonstrate integrity and dedication when supporting all internal & external customers. This position will play an important role in the day-to-day operations and will work closely with the other HSE Team members, supervisors, and management. Tasks are computer-intensive, and it will be necessary to possess strong computer skills, must execute work efficiently with strong attention to detail. Candidates should have a basic knowledge and some relevant experience with HSE regulations. Candidates should be familiar with computer-based safety management systems such as ISNet World, Veriforce, and KPA EHS. Additionally, be familiar with drug and alcohol consortiums such as TPS Alert, NCMS and DISA. This role may require limited travel to the field via Company means. Relevant duties will include but are not limited to:
RESPONSIBILITES
- Promote and support Liberty Lift Solutions’ and our customers’ safety expectations and
standards.
- Assist and support management and the HSE Team in their roles as managers/supervisors.
- Maintain computer based HSE management systems such as ISNetword, Veriforce, and KPA EHS.
- Assist with the management of drug and alcohol consortiums such as TPS Alert, NCMS, and DISA.
- Track/follow-up with worker’s compensation and vehicle insurance claims.
- Assist with tracking and communicating HSE statistics.
- Organize and manage internal HSE documentation such as Safety Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
- Assist operations as needed to remain customer focused.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Have a positive “can do” attitude.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and must be self-motivated, detailed and process
oriented.
- Proficiency in using MS Outlook (E-mail), Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Attaching files,
forwarding, and corresponding in a professional, timely and courteous manner.
- Duties associated with this position are subject to change, candidates need to be adaptable and willing to accomplish additional tasks should they arise.
- Previous experience with computer based HSE management systems is desired.
- Must be qualified to work in the US and have a valid driver’s license.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Physical Demands: This job is a mostly sedentary role; however, light physical activity is
occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach, carry, pull, lift or otherwise move objects up to
15 pounds. Employees are required to have specific vision abilities which include close and distant
vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Employees are also required to talk and listen.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office/shop environment. The noise level is low and in a well-lit area. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This position may encounter limited overnight travel via Company means.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
