About the company: We launched the school CareBridge Academy in 2020. The school offers one of Philadelphia area’s only Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) training programs. We identified the training needs and deficiencies that exist among direct care workers. There is a huge shortage of direct care workers across the country, and the demand is only set to increase. We set out to create entry level healthcare education programs that are flexible, affordable, and most importantly, comprehensive in curriculum and innovative in their approach.
