Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative & Account Manager to join our team. This dual-role position is critical for fostering relationships with new clients while managing and growing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the staffing industry and a strong track record of generating revenue. Spanish language skills are strongly preferred to better serve our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Present staffing solutions to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our services.
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
- Understand clients’ staffing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure optimal talent placements, addressing client escalations and concerns effectively.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, implementing strategies for improvement and growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our services.
Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market insights and business development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and account management experience in the staffing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing client accounts.
Skills:
- Strong sales acumen with exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace Suite.
- Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred.
Personal Attributes:
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and client service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Location:
- Candidates residing in or near McKinney, TX, are strongly preferred due to the need for frequent client meetings and local market knowledge.
