Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Growth Hacker to spearhead our growth initiatives and drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our SaaS construction technology platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data-driven strategies, innovative marketing tactics, and emerging trends to fuel our company's expansion and market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, activation, and retention for our SaaS construction technology platform.
- Identify and implement data-driven experiments, campaigns, and initiatives to drive user growth and engagement across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email, and partnerships.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback analysis to inform growth strategies and product enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to align growth initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
- Optimize conversion funnels, user onboarding processes, and customer lifecycle journeys to maximize user engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track metrics, and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth hacking, SaaS, and construction technology to drive continuous innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or user acquisition roles within the SaaS or technology industry, preferably in the construction or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights and drive decision-making.
- Experience with growth hacking methodologies, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and marketing automation tools.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and willingness to experiment and iterate in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and driving positive impact in the construction industry.

Compensation:
- Base Salary + Quartery Bonus Potential

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
