Our Indiana clinic footprint includes Indianapolis, Greenwood, Avon, and Lafayette while our Ohio footprint includes Columbus, Dublin, Fairfield, and Springfield. We also have 4 Ambulatory Surgery Center locations. Our caregivers build strong teams that deliver exceptional interventional pain management care.

What do we do?
Our clinical multidisciplinary approach to care delivers the correct intervention to each and every patient; each and every time through various pain management procedures including injections, open surgical cases with general anesthesia, physical therapy, and psychological services. Our Providers focus on helping individuals improve functionality to restore a more meaningful lifestyle.
APC values individuals with a strong work-ethic, embracing why they want to serve in the healthcare industry while maintaining a family and life balance. APC is seeking a Physical Therapist who is wanting to learn, develop, and grow within our clinical setting.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Collaborates with referring provider regarding patient progress and care coordination. Supports overall well-being of patient by maintaining consistent contact with providers overseeing other aspects of patient care to ensure best patient outcome.
- Delivers onsite patient treatment at facility in accordance with documented plan of care. Actively supports, helps position, safeguards, and guides patients through the physical therapy treatment, often demonstrating the activity needed. Uses applicable onsite equipment in a consistent compliant manner.
- Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
- Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
- Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs.
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions.
- Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally.
- Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
- Consult and practice with other health professionals.
- Evaluate, monitor, and communicate progress
- Document patient care services
- Willingness to travel to various clinic locations for patient care
- Audit quality reports and records to ensure consistent compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements.

Minimum Qualifications (What We Are Looking For)

Education and/or Experience Requirements
- Proven work experience as a physical therapist
- Intensive education and clinical expertise
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Valid license to practice physical therapy required
- Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy required
