Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial concepts and double-entry bookkeeping. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and maintaining customer records. This is a vital role within our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining our financial stability. Responsibilities: - Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and billing - Review and analyze customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies - Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments - Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers - Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to reconcile any billing issues - Assist with revenue cycle management, including tracking payments and identifying delinquent accounts - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions - Utilize accounting software to record and track financial data Requirements: - Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role - Strong understanding of financial concepts and double-entry bookkeeping - Knowledge of accounts payable processes is a plus - Familiarity with medical billing is preferred but not required - Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies - Proficient in math and basic accounting principles - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using accounting software Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk and contribute to the financial success of our organization.
