Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement for daily trips to post office/UPS/FedEx), the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, willing to learn and work with small technical/mechanical parts. Computer literacy and proficiency in Google Suite are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties including but not limited to data entry and answering phones
- Assist office manager in day to day operations
- Manage parts inventory
- Test and Package small parts for adjustable bed bases
- Deliver packages to Post Office, UPS and/or FedEx daily
- Work with remote staff to ensure efficient delivery of parts ordered
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of Google Suite
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to troubleshoot

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
