This position coordinates the overall operation of the residential facility, advocating for the increased growth and development of the residents; provides care and supervision of assigned residents; supervises all residential support staff; responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the physical site; ensures that each resident has a comprehensive individualized service plan, which is updated and implemented on a timely basis.
An Associate's Degree in Human Services or a closely related field, or equivalent years of experience working in the field of MH/MR. At least one year of prior supervisory experience. Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
