$60,000 - $65,000
Our client is seeking a dedicated Payroll and Benefits Specialist to process payroll and benefits and support the Senior HR Generalist with various tasks and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and distribute paychecks
- Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments and terminations
- Conduct new employee benefit onboarding and annual open enrollment
- Manage HRIS, run queries, and generate reports
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Assist managers with audits, reporting, and special projects
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven payroll experience (Paycor preferred but not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of employment law, FMLA, COBRA, and benefits administration
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
