Inside Sales with potential Management in training position
Come join the Crescent Memorial family! We are a family and employee-owned business serving funeral homes in this industry for over 25 years. Our thriving business is looking to add a talented and motivated sales professional with at least five years experience. This position is an inside sales opportunity with the goal of turning casual customers into customers who order frequently through relationship selling. You will be building relationships with funeral home owners across the country. The candidate with sales management experience or a background in managing customer service agents could promote to a manager in training position.
We are looking for a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills both in person and by phone, strong listening skills with the ability to build rapport, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets and goals. If you have a proven career in sales/marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and self-initiative we want to talk to you!
Starting Pay $50,000-$60,000 a year with potential bonuses. Pay dependent on management experience and proven sales history.
