Overview:
Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative where you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate sales opportunities.
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to understand client needs and effectively present solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and increasing market share.
- Utilize Housecall Pro or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and meet revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new leads and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales, technical sales for a construction-related trade, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Housecall Pro or similar CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
