The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing transformation, audience segmentation, and media execution. This role is pivotal in driving digital marketing transformation across the marketing value chain globally for the company and Designing strategy for core platforms to deliver impact and innovation.
What You'll Do for Us:

Lead consumer-first connected consumer journey development across relevant owned, earned, shared and paid connections points driving coherence and consistency of communications plan for maximum business results.
Deliver holistic media strategy & investment cross-select category + prioritized brands within the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) - inclusive of national and local geographic extensions.
Analyze media consumption to identify opportunities to optimize media investment and marketing effectiveness. Provide performance reporting and translates data sets into actionable results that align with growth objectives.
Support marketing planning and execution teams in the activation of audiences across campaigns to optimize audience performance.
Drive thinking on how to design marketing around E2E consumer / shopper journey to drive greater conversion, focusing on experience orchestration and experience consistency.
Connect the brand business and creative strategies with a consumer-centric brand ecosystem, that will leverage owned, earned, shared and paid touchpoints as well as brand assets.

This role provides strategic direction to direct a team of 4-6 professionals and cross-organization leadership +200 marketing organization and broader franchise system.

Lead development of owned marketing platforms and programs cross-select category and prioritized brands.

Adept project management skills, process improvement identification and agile team leadership mindset with core focus on timely and consistent meet and exceeding results.
Lead ongoing tracking and optimization of metrics and KPI stewardship with OU Category leads to advance and drive continued efficiency and effectiveness of consumer plans.
Lead cross-connections select external industry and media partner collaborating for value partner planning and maximum value extraction for category and prioritized brands.
Build world class capability of cross-Connections Planning and Investments team for today and future proof for tomorrow at the speed of consumer marketplace changes.
Thought leadership participation of Global Category teams, cross-OU networked teams, Platform Services and beyond.
KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Experience & Work Focus
10 or more years of experience with a large global multinational company and/or an organization known for its knowledge and experience in developing world-class business enabling Connections Planning, Media Planning and Investment solutions.
Professional will need to bring a unique mix of instant professional credibility and personal power based on knowledge, expertise and existing reputation across Connections.
Strong project manager with an innovative, creative mindset with strong communications and marketing background.
Will have a proven track record of implementing concepts and ideas with creativity and agility successfully across a global organization, driving cross-functional belief and delivery.
Should be both flexible and adaptable and able to integrate, influence and thought-lead adeptly across organization with a keen desire and ability to build strong, trusting relationships with marketing leaders and cross-franchise team.
