Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. This position involves interacting with guests, handling reservations, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Process reservations over the phone, online, and in person
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality is required
- Proficiency in using phone systems and front desk software Choice Advantage PMS
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is preferred
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial
- A passion for delivering excellent guest services
