- Frequent supervisor overlaps
- Extensive initial and ongoing training (RBT, safety, etc.)
- Open and efficient communication with supervisors and colleagues
- Regular one-on-one check-ins with supervisors

- Monthly client clinic meetings with supervisors, families, and team members
- Electronic data collection
- Working with clients in various settings (in-home, clinic, school, and/or community)

At this time, we are looking for a Behavior Technician who:
- Is looking for Full-time hours or Part-time hours.
- Part-time requirements: Must be available Mon-Fri after 2:30 PM for at least 4 weekday afternoons or 3 weekday afternoons and 1 weekend (morning/mid-day).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Vaccination Requirement: At this time, we are not requiring our staff to be vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine.
- Must be willing to go to clients' homes in Orange County
- Bachelor's degree (Child development, Psychology, or related field preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to be active and sit on the ground for long periods of time
- Experience working with children
- Criminal background check clearance
- Exposure to children/adults with Autism (highly preferred, but not required)
- RBT or BCAT certification (highly preferred, but not required)
- Bilingual Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean (highly preferred, but not required)
- Must pass Live Scan background check
- Must be willing to drive 25 miles from office or average of 30 minutes

Salary: $18.00 to $25.00/hour*
*based on experience in ABA, RBT certification, and languages spoken (need Spanish, Korean & Vietnamese-speakers)
If you are BCBA candidate who is currently in the master's program, then SBT can provide support with:
- Being paired with a BCBA as responsible supervisor
- Unrestricted activities (programming, staff management, effective conversations with parents, intervention strategies, etc.)
- Frequent overlaps with BCBA to fulfill minimum requirements with constructive feedback and guidance

COVID-19 considerations:
As of now, we are not requiring our staff to wear masks unless requested by the families. SBT will provide PPE (i.e., no contact thermometer, masks, hand sanitizers, gloves, disinfectant wipes) upon request.
