Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is a leading provider of life-changing therapy for children with autism through its growing portfolio of clinics across North Carolina and Virginia. We are on a mission to enrich the lives of children with autism and are seeking a rockstar Real Estate and Facilities Project Coordinator to support our rapid growth while providing world-class service to our existing portfolio.
The Real Estate and Facilities Project Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Real Estate – an industry veteran with broad commercial real estate experience in both investment and corporate environments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Real Estate in managing the end-to-end new site identification, lease negotiation, permitting, and construction processes to ensure new clinics are opened on time and on budget
- Serve as a liaison between the Director, Mosaic business leaders, architects, general contractors, and vendors
- Oversee the negotiation and fulfillment of key facility contracts including, janitorial, landscaping, pest control, HVAC, utilities, information technology, etc.
- Manage the RFP process and coordinate the distribution of all owner-supplied construction items including, furniture, security/IT, décor, clinic supplies, etc.
- Manage and respond to clinic leader requests in Mosaic’s facilities ticketing system, coordinating work to successfully resolve issues and complete repairs
- Attend construction meetings, distribute minutes, and coordinate follow-ups with stakeholders
- Corporate office guest support, mail and courier services, office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success
- Other duties as may be assigned
Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate experience, retail real estate experience preferred
- Knowledge of real estate lease language & strong understanding of construction processes required
- Organization and communication skills necessary to lead complex and resource- intensive projects
- Willingness to travel occasionally (~10-20%) for construction oversight, clinic openings, vendor meetings, etc.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
