The Warehouse Samples Receiving Clerk will partner with the product development team and be responsible for completing the intake of new samples and orders.
What You Can Do for Us:

Frequently reaches, pushes, and pulls above shoulder level to lift or otherwise move objects that weigh between 50-100 pounds (assisted) when unloading and sorting pallet products.

Manage all incoming samples daily by unloading the products from containers, ensure accuracy of product measurements, weights, other technical information, take pictures of the contents and upload info for product tracking via internal web portals.

Packing, unpacking, and preparation of samples for product line presentations, photoshoots, interdepartmental transfers, and trade shows.

Maintain the sample areas organized with samples in good condition; reposition layout of samples as needed.

Update the samples summary report daily.

Communicate daily with product development and warehouse teams, in addition to production, and other internal teams.

Execute inventory transfers using a warehouse scanner.

Operates a forklift and/or pallet jack to pull product for production use.

Follow all office and warehouse safety procedures and standards.

Requirements:
-
HS Diploma (or GED).
-
Experience with Reach Truck, Cherry picker, and Sit-down Forklift.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel software.

1 to 2 years of warehouse and office work experience is ideal.

Able to adapt to changing work priorities; Focused with great attention to details.

Functions and operates comfortably in a very active fast-paced environment.

Strong organization and communication skills.

Willingness to learn and apply new skills.
Physical Qualifications

Able to lift up to 50 pounds (up to and over 100 pounds assisted)

Able to work in a typical warehouse environment with varying temperatures throughout the year

CompensationStarting base pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
