Your Role
As an Entertainer Coach Operator (ECO) at Encore Luxury Coach Leasing & TWO Shared Services LLC (also referred to as "Encore" or "TSS, LLC"), you are the external face of our organization, interacting with our clients on a daily basis. Your primary role involves defining the travel experience for clients in the entertainment industry, though you will also cater to a diverse array of high-profile clientele including musicians, politicians, celebrities, and other notable figures. Your responsibilities extend beyond the wheel, embodying Encore's commitment to luxury, comfort, and exemplary client service. Responsibilities
- Driving and Client Interaction
- Safely operate high-end, customizable entertainer coaches, adhering to all federal and state driving regulations.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, reflecting Encore's high standards in client-facing scenarios.
- Manage direct interactions with clients, ensuring all aspects of their travel experience meet Encore's standards of luxury and professionalism.
- Vehicle and Compliance Management
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the coach meets all safety and operational standards.
- Manage compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, including Hours of Service (HOS), vehicle maintenance, and documentation.
- Address over-the-road failures and coordinate with Encore Fleet Services for prompt resolution.
- Team and Performance Standards
- Collaborate with the broader Encore team to ensure consistency in service and response to client needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry standards and technology.
- Contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions, bringing insights from on-the-road experiences to enhance company operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid (Class A) Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- 1+ years of experience as a coach driver driving high-profile clients, musicians, bands, and/or celebrities, etc.
Preferred Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for high-level interaction with clients and team members.
- Experience with vehicle mechanics and onboard technology.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
