Qualifications
Expansion position – complex litigation – statewide practice
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation attorney with experience in taking depositions, motions practice, discovery practice, and drafting complex pleadings.
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding client service – this is job for a people person.

Responsibilities
Conduct client intake meetings to understand the nature of the injury and the circumstances surrounding the incident
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, and prepare responses to opposing counsel’s discovery requests
Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies
Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense attorneys to obtain the best possible settlements for clients
Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, mediations, and trials
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and addressing any concerns they may have
Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure that all case work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
