Unique Chic Events is seeking a Office Assistant / Sales Representative to join our team. We are an Event Planning, Event Design & Rental Company specializing in the Wedding Industry. As part of our team, you will use your communication, sales, and interpersonal skills to help with assisting new and existing customers planning their next special event. As such, you will be entrusted with a broad range of responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Office Support - Basic computer tasks, office organization tasks, process payments.
- Sales - Assist all customers with prices and information about our Rentals and Services. Email / Phone/ In person
- Follow Up - Maintain constant communication with potential customers through phone and email
- Customer Service - Assist all customer requests with a positive attitude
- Marketing - Occasionally Help our team with Marketing & Social Media activity to generate new leads
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and email
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word
- Proficient Typing skills
- Excellent time-management skills – balancing multiple demands from many prospects
- Prior sales or customer service experience
- Creativity in recommending additional services that can lead to upselling existing invoices
- Must be able to effectively document communications
- Experience in Online Marketing is preferred
- Positive, upbeat, outgoing personality
- Current eligibility to work in the US
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
