Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth across the United States. As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our market presence, increase revenue, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to support product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field OR qualified experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of vertical turbine, end suction, vertical multi-stage, and progressive cavity pump products is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and visit sales territories.
