Welcome to the Myunits.com family! We're a leading property management company in Los Angeles, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and tenants. We are urgently hiring to fill this position, and hoping to add an experienced Repair/Maintenance/Project Coordinator to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Field & organize all work orders (routine maintenance, repairs, unit turnover)
- Track repair status, obtain quotes, hire vendors & schedule work
- Coordinate work order activity, including property access & vendor/tenant interactions
- Track invoices & coordinte with accounting dept.
- Help to orginze property, tenant & vendor files in Google Drive, CRM & Appfolio
Requirements:
- Experience in property management and/or project coordinating
- Proficiency in management software such as Appfolio or Yardi (please specify)
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Copper or ClientLook (please specify)
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Ability to multitask & prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of LA rental market & local regulations
- Reliable transportation for property visits & vendor coordination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
