The job involves operating an injection molding machine by removing parts as needed, monitoring quality of parts, maintaining cycle times, packing products, and other job functions related to production of molded parts.
Essentials of Job Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety procedures
- Maintain accurate counts of product at machine
- Maintain established cycle time of machine
- Verify the parts meet acceptable quality standards
- Notify supervision of any problems
- Follow established production instructions
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Any other duties as assigned
Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Some manufacturing experience preferred
- Good eyesight, motor skills, basic math, good reading ability, retention
- Self motivated, communication, positive attitude, willingness to adapt, good judgement, high stress level, ability to follow directions
Physical Demand/Work Environment:
- Able to lift up to 55 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Good motor skills
