Job Summary:
The Engineer Program Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex engineering projects and programs. This role acts as a bridge between engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure projects meet strategic objectives, technical requirements, and budget/timeline constraints. The Engineer Program Manager oversees project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and status reporting to drive execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of engineering programs, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business leaders to understand requirements, align priorities, and define project scope
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, Gantt charts, dashboards, and other tracking tools
Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, communicate project status, and escalate blockers as needed
Manage project resources, budgets, and vendor/contractor relationships
Implement project management best practices, tools, and processes to drive consistency and efficiency
Provide leadership and mentorship to the engineering team on project management techniques
Salary Range:
$90K - $110K
