Locally owned and operated Plumbing and HVAC company in Newington, CT is offering a full-time Office Administration position for career minded professionals. Applicants should have a minimum of two years business experience, excellent communication skills, be able to resolve customer service issues, be comfortable on the phone, and computer literate. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and Excel is a plus.
Candidate will be responsible for the upward development of our Customer Service division including:
*General scheduling and work priority
*Able to identify areas of concern and effectively communicate with
department personnel.
*Ensures company goals are attained by implementing and maintaining
sound team protocol.
*Prepares and forecasts company workload
*Assist department managers in workflow responsibilities
*Works closely with dispatching to assure company targets are
efficiently met
