We are seeking customer service professionals to join our team! This is fully remote - never in office but must reside within 60 miles of Tempe,AZ
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems
- Receiving inbound customer calls. Identify what are the customer’s needs and then route them to the appropriate department
- Handling a blended call center environment with make outbound and taking inbound calls
- Document all call information accurately in the system
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One to Two years of related experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in outbound calling techniques
- Mortgage experience is preferred
- Ability to handle a fast paced environment and able to multi-task
