➀Job Summary:
Our corporate concept is to "bring the taste of the very best Japanese restaurants in Japan to the United States.
The restaurant has only a 12-seat counter so that customers can see the chefs at work.
If you are selected, we will send you to Japan to learn the skills at the best restaurant in Japan with which we have a partnership.
After one year, you will be able to show your high skills to people all over the world who are interested in Japanese food at our company's employee.
➁Post-Hiring Schedule and Duties:
(First Step: 1 year of training in Japan)
・On-the-job training in the cooking methods, seasonings, and ingredients of the dishes offered by the designated restaurant
・Cleaning and washing up in kitchen
・Ad-hoc basis for instructions from assigned stores
(Next Step: Preparation for store opening in the U.S.(Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas))
・Arrangement of furniture, fixtures, supplies, etc.
・Conception and arrangement of store interior (interior design, furniture, etc.)
・Kitchen preparation (cooking utensils, foodstuffs, beverages, seasonings)
・Financial management related to store operations
・Reservation system management
・Information and liaison with Japanese operations and stores
・Other preparatory work related to the opening of the restaurant
(Final Step : Worked in U.S. stores (Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas))
・Preparation, cooking, and serving
・customer service
・Stocking, ordering, and inventory control of food, beverages, seasonings,
and other ingredients
・Cleanup and utensil maintenance
・Money management related to restaurant operations
・Reservation system management
・Arrangement of fixtures, equipment, supplies, etc.

➂Skills:
Any genre of cuisine is acceptable.
(However, at least 5 years of industry experience is required.)
- Solid experience in menu planning and preparation
- Knowledge of food safety issues
- Familiarity with a variety of culinary techniques
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with food service operations and food handling guidelines
We are looking for people who are interested in our approach, who want to acquire high skills, and who want to work in the U.S., Europe, and other parts of the world.
We also offer the opportunity to become independent in the U.S. after the contract period
(Total of 5 years in Japan and the U.S.)
★After four years of service in the U.S., a minimum of $26,666 to a maximum of $80,000 (at $1/150 yen.) as merit pay. (Based on the exchange rate at the time of payment), taking into consideration cooking skills and management ability.
