We have been very successful over the last 15 years and there is huge growth potential for the right people. JOB DESCRIPTION
Not interested in sitting in a cubicle 40+ hrs a week? This is a great position for someone who doesn't like "office life". You'll spend most of your time out and about in the Denver Metro Area meeting with customers, guiding them through the insurance process, estimating projects & closing deals. We work in both commercial & residential market segments offering our clients a variety of trade services such as roofing, gutters, siding, painting etc.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the sale of residential and commercial services. Primarily, roofing & exterior services as part of insurance claims from storm damage.
· Maintain continuous communication with customers, the HRE office and the production team.
· Meet & exceed sales goals.
· Meet with the Sales Manager for WAMs (Weekly Accountability Meetings). This time will be used to set goals, discuss issues, etc.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including calls, estimates/proposals, closed sales, job details and follow up activities on a weekly basis in SalesForce (HRE’s Data Management System).
· HRE may provide leads from time to time, however, lead generation and new business development is the responsibility of the sales associate. Your lead generation could include HOA, property management or commercial cold calling, networking, and referral work.
· Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofing Sales Associate or similar role in the trades industry (I.e. construction, roofing, exteriors, painting, restoration, insurance etc.)
- Track record of success operating with a large amount of autonomy
- Must demonstrate tenacity & assertiveness and ability to close sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
