FCA is hiring for multiple positions! We are seeking exceptionally motivated Social Workers who hold - MSWs, LMSWs or LCSWs. We have opportunities working with a diverse community of children and families, adults and seniors, who speak several languages. Many of our programs are home visiting programs which will require in home work with our clients. FCA is always taking into account the COVID pandemic and the safety of our employees is at the top of our priorities.
We currently have the following openings for immediate hire:
- IICAPS Clinician
- FFT Therapist, Foster Care
- Part-Time Bilingual Clinician(s)
- MST Clinicians (Bilingual and non-Bilingual)
Requirements:
- Bilingual - Spanish/English speaking is a plus!
- Master’s level required
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in a related role
- Must have awareness of the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of clients served
- Must adhere to all ethical and professional standards of respective disciplines
- SIFI certification is a plus
- Demonstrate maturity, professionalism and self-awareness, a non-judgmental attitude, the ability to deal with resistance and rejection, cultural competency and the ability to work independently and under challenging conditions.
