Responsibilities
-Greet clients in a friendly and helpful manner
-Answer incoming calls and provide helpful answers and information
-Responding to email and voicemail in a timely manner while coordinating daily office activities
-Schedule client appointments.
-Handle payments and membership benefits with clients
-Handle retail sales, purchases and balance the cash drawer
-Explain acupuncture services.
-Maintain client confidentiality.
-Support acupuncturist on projects.
-Use of patient management software and perform data entry
-Verifying insurance benefits.
-Maintaining social media platform
-Outbound marketing/inbound marketing
-Money is counted and checked at the end of the day and all payments should line up with the amount recorded.
-Keep waiting area neat and welcoming
Required Skills & Experience
-Speak Vietnamese and English.
-Previous experience in office administration
-Outstanding communication skills.
-Friendly, positive demeanor, with strong phone and in person presence
-Use good judgment and behaves confidently.
-Ability to juggle multiple tasks and people during (brief) busy periods at desk
-Ability to stay focused while dealing with interruptions (e.g., phone calls)
-Basic computer skills ( word, excel) and willingness to learn more
-Strong personal and/or professional references
-Knowledge of health insurance or Acupuncture would be encouraged
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
