Accelerated Recovery Centers is looking for a detail oriented, licensed mental Health therapist to join our leading edge, multidisciplinary treatment team.
Responsibilities Include:
Working in one of the Accelerated Core, Schema, Relational or Knowledge Track in addition to the Continuing Care Track for transitional care; providing leading edge didactics focused on the successful treatment of Alcohol Use Disorders and co-morbid disorders.
Individual Therapy:
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals with a wide range of psychological and emotional issues.
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.
- Help clients develop coping skills, improve self-awareness, and achieve their treatment goals.
-Create a supportive and therapeutic environment for network therapy to explore and address common concerns with clients' family support
Crisis Intervention and Support:
- Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emotional distress.
- Offer support and guidance to clients and their families during challenging times.
Treatment Planning and Collaboration:
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards regarding client confidentiality and record-keeping practices.
Professional Development:
- Participate in ongoing training and continuing education activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Ethical and Legal Compliance:
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by state licensing boards and professional organizations.
- Maintain licensure and fulfill continuing education requirements as mandated by state regulations.

Pay: $43.00 - $50.00 per hour
