Clinic Director for Rebound Physical Therapy’s in Wellesley, MA
Rebound Physical Therapy is looking for entrepreneurial and committed physical therapist to serve as the Clinic Director at our Wellesley Clinic (54 Washington Street.) The Clinic Director will directly report to our Executive Director and collaborate with our operations staff. The Clinic Director is responsible for establishing an environment of clinical excellence and positive staff experiences. With the support of our current business operations, this position will foster connections with referral sources, patients, and the community at large. In addition to a competitive salary, the clinic director will participate in profit sharing and opportunities in equity.
About Rebound:
Rebound Physical Therapy was founded in 2005 by Steve Crowell with a mission to treat the whole person rather than focusing solely on their injuries. This approach gets our clients on the path to living pain free through injury treatment, management, and prevention with the goal of bringing our patients beyond their expectation of better.
Our clinics provide one on one physical therapy services, specializing in sports medicine, pre and post-operative care, and spinal care. Our therapists are known for their advanced clinical training, manual skills, passion for wellness and optimizing health, and compassion in their relationships with patients.
Our staff has extensive experience in manual therapy, the Norwegian approach, Medical Exercise Therapy, sports medicine, the Graston technique, kinesiotaping, dry needling, BFR therapy, advanced functional exercise, and ergonomics.

Job Requirements:
- Active, good-standing physical therapy license from the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health, with ability to serve as physical therapy facility compliance officer
- 5 years clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Passion for physical therapy and willing to learn and share new techniques
- Desire to foster relationships with community partners and represent Rebound at a variety of community events
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional patient service and management skills
- Prior management experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services
- Develop a work environment conducive to the delivery of superior patient services and staff retention/recruitment
- Set goals and objectives in partnership with management and monitor the achievement of those successes
- Collaborate with leadership to manage clinic budget; allocates and monitors resources
- Identify opportunities to sponsor and participate in community events
- Strong commitment to our values
- Provide a model example for other staff in performance of occupational duties.
- Collaborate with internal and external personnel regarding development and implementation of physical therapy care plans
- Assists with educational activities and clinical studies
- Handle routine inquiries, on-site discipline matters, delegation of patients, prioritizes patient care and therapist's time
- Manage clinic schedule in accordance with Rebound Physical Therapy guidelines including clinic closings, therapist absences, and supportive personnel absences
- Maintain clinic equipment, supplies, and resources
- Collaborate with patient services and billing to ensure seamless execution of all services
- Primary communication source between clinic and company management
- Maintain a safe and healthy treatment and work environment
- Maintain appropriate records and documentation
- Aid wherever needed within the clinic and office
