General objective of job:
The objective of the Front Desk Agent position is to ensure and facilitate a flawless visit for all Club Members and their Guests from pre – arrival departure.
Essential Job Functions:
· Manage online, phone and in – person reservations
· Welcome members, check them in, distribute room keys and explain the club amenities
· Take payment from guests
· Respond to members’ issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner
· Explain local amenities and attractions to members
· Assist members and their guests with directions when attending events at the club
· Arrange specialized services for VIP members
Educational Requirement:
· High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
Front desk Agent Requirements
· One year of front desk experience in hospitality Industry preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good knowledge of Microsoft office such as outlook, words and excel
· Well – groomed, professional appearance.
· Team player
· Physically agile, and able to stand for extended periods
· Available to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
