**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle office tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform general office duties including answering phone calls, managing emails, and organizing files.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Provide support in conducting research and compiling data.
- Handle confidential information with integrity.
**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in event planning or office management is beneficial.
