The National Account Manager (NAM) role at Datavant involves building and maintaining strong client relationships and leading successful project implementations that help health plans retrieve data they need to make healthcare affordable for their patients. NAMs use their communication, organizational, and negotiation skills to maximize the chance of meeting or exceeding the health plan's goals in terms of retrieving needed healthcare data. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in client-focused environments, enjoy project management, and excel at relationship building.
You will:
- Ensure the timely delivery of healthcare data according to the health plan's needs.
- Communicate the progress of project initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Track key account metrics and service level agreements
What you will bring to the table:
- Strong communication skills and ability to induce change management where needed.
- A proven ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently in an extremely fast. paced, high pressure environment with minimal supervision.
- A track record of success in complex project management.

Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $115,000 - $135,000.
