Pavement - Modern & Recycled Fashion is looking for experienced, fashion minded individuals with knowledge of fabrics, styles, current retail trends and eras to fill leadership roles at our Houston store! Challenging, fun, fast-paced environment.
The Assistant Manager or key holder will provide leadership and direction to the entire store team, creating a culture that reflects a positive and rewarding experience with the company for both customers and employees. They will assist with aspects of store performance through customer experience, customer satisfaction, sales management, operational functions, as well as store visual aesthetics and environment.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Responsible for all aspects of managing a single medium to large volume store
- Manage people, store operations and store environment to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, profitability goals and maintain operational standards
- Provide feedback, develop others, embrace and lead change, and make clear and defined decisions
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
- Partner and work closely with General Manager, District Manager and Owner.
- minimum 2 years of retail experience
