WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) is currently seeking an experienced Resident/Office Engineer to work on exciting aviation projects! If you think you're the right fit, we invite you to apply today to join our team!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical assistance to project team members as required
- Conduct site visits to monitor project advancement and identify issues
- Prepare and distribute progress reports and status updates to project stakeholders
- Develop and manage submittals along with a submittals log
- Record all payments and maintain their supporting documents
- Lead progress meetings and prepare and distribute minutes and agenda
- Develop and prepare RFI and change order request logs
- Supervise all materials testing and maintain testing and certification records
- Prepare detailed cost estimates
- Mentor and lead a team of inspectors
- Maintain a daily diary and develop project progress reports
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture
- Experience working on airport construction projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
