KO Business Solutions is proud to be working with a growth-oriented collections agency in Alpharetta, GA looking to add new collections representatives to their team. This position will report directly to the Collections Supervisor, with a focus on managing a queue of delinquent accounts and settling charge off accounts that have been purchased.
Location: Onsite in Alpharetta, GA
Payrate: $16-$18/hr + Commission
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm OR 9am-6pm; Friday, 9am-1pm

Responsibilities:
- Perform inbound and outbound collections calls for our clients
- Consult with customers to discuss their balance and payment options
- Process customer payments and negotiate payment plans
- Create trusting relationships with consumers
- Receive and respond to collection-related inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Describe resolution options and benefits to borrowers, negotiating the best possible arrangement for the consumer and our client(s)
- Perform skip-tracing activities, as needed to obtain location information for reaching consumers.
- Maintain an expert and up-to-date knowledge of collection industry standards.
- Comply with all policies, procedures, and relevant federal/state laws and regulations for client(s) being worked.
- Ensure proper system notation is made for all activity on accounts.
- Always maintain a professional work demeanor and environment.

- Basic knowledge of the collections industry.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- 2 years of Collections experience and/or 3 years of Call Center experience
