Reception Management
a. Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism
b. Check-in and Check-out patients
c. Check the daily schedule for accuracy
Patient management
a. Maintain a professional reception area/office
b. Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the practice
c. Schedule patients for efficient use of doctor and staff time
Insurance
a. Keep patients insurance information up to date
b. Submit claim forms from office to dental benefit plans
Billing
a. Prepare and send billing statements
b. Post checks received each day
Full- time
Customer care experience is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
