JOB SUMMARY
This position requires HubSpot CRM certification/experience. The Organic Marketing Strategist is an integral team member responsible for the development, execution, and evolution of Mandry’s organic marketing strategies. This includes the creation, placement, analysis, and ongoing management of content across channels and platforms. The Organic Marketing Strategist is required to perform all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the Mission, and Core Values of the company.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/ROLE REQUIREMENTS
COLLABORATION
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations to achieve growth-oriented business objectives
· Integrate marketing campaigns with business development initiatives to maximize impact of brand investments
CONTENT CREATION/MANAGEMENT
· Write clear, concise, relevant, and engaging copy for a wide range of marketing materials, including website, whitepapers, case studies, blog, newsletters, email campaigns, social media posts, product portfolios, and more
· Ensure all copy and content aligns with Mandry’s voice, maintaining a consistent tone, style, and messaging across all channels and platforms
· Review and edit copy for accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines
LEAD GENERATION
· Create and implement landing pages and lead forms, and any other lead generation tactic to effectively capture business inquiries
· Run targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads
RESEARCH/ANALYSIS
· Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-potential target keywords and phrases
· Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and establish benchmarks based on industry best practices
· Conduct research to understand Mandry’s target audience, their needs, preferences, and search behavior
· Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments
· Establish leading/lagging metrics to measure the effectiveness of messaging
· Present the results of performance/effectiveness measures, including supporting proof and/or evidence to executive management on a regular, recurring schedule
· Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms to monitor and analyze website traffic
SEO/SEM/SOCIAL MEDIA
· Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and other on-page elements, and incorporate SEO best practices to enhance search engine visibility and ranking
· Optimize website, including site architecture, performance, user experience enhancements, and conversion elements for improved results
· Develop and implement effective link building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings
· Identify and address technical SEO issues
· Update and manage the company’s social media profiles to build brand awareness and generate interest in our services
STRATEGIC PLANNING
· Develop B2B marketing strategies across all non-paid channels, including website, email, newsletter, blog, SEO, and social
· Contribute to the development of content strategies, including brainstorming creative ideas
SUPPORT
· Coordinate company-wide initiatives, community activities, and internal/external business segment events to elevate the brand, its presence and thought leadership
· Support strategy, campaigns, and initiatives related to public relations, reputation management, organizational communication, social media, business development initiatives, and executive activities
· Manage dissemination of information, including communication of requirements, deadlines, milestones and/or any other pertinent information associated with marketing project(s), plan(s), initiative(s), and campaign(s)
GENERAL
· Present all work product to executive management prior to publishing/posting/printing/implementing
· Respond quickly and accurately to all email, voicemail, chat, and text messages
· Utilize C-W-C methodology to ensure executive alignment and cascading sponsorship
· Attend daily/weekly meetings and huddles, as required
· Complete additional tasks as assigned by executive management

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
· Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a technical industry
· In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
· Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, or similar platforms
· Experience in A/B testing and conversion analysis
· Proficiency in conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
· Strategic thinker who is skilled at looking across the business, connecting dots, seeing the bigger picture, and articulating client benefit and value
· Great storyteller who can transform complex Information Technology concepts into words and images that resonate with non-technical audiences
· Self-motivated leader with a proven track record of managing competing priorities in a complex and fast-paced environment
· Team player with demonstrated success working in a collaborative, cross-functional capacity to develop content, copy and communications plan(s)
· Ability to create and effectively utilize an editorial calendar to manage tasks and meet tight deadlines
· Successful record of leading and managing marketing projects, both internal and outsourced

· Impeccable writing and editorial skills, with complete command of the English language

· Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related communications field, or 3 + years of experience working in an organic marketing
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
· MBA or equivalent work experience in public relations, marketing communications or journalism capacity
· Google Analytics certification(s)
· Expertise in HubSpot CMS and HubSpot CRM
· Experience with 3rd party management tools
