Description:
Our client, a worldwide market leader in the SaaS transportation management industry, is hiring for a VP, Sales Enablement. This person will manage 2-3 people and go into office 2-3x per week. This person MUST have extensive experience building and managing all sales enablement processes ideally with a SaaS company.
Essential Requirements:

Grasping Airline Customer Needs: Utilize key airline relationships to provide comprehensive information on the technical facets and efficiencies of technology, ensuring it aligns with customer requirements.

Management of Sales Operations and Revenue Enablement: Develop, implement, and oversee fundamental sales operations and revenue enablement processes, including deal evaluations, sales training, proposal/RFP responses, sales commissions, and sales forecasting/pipeline management.

Leadership of Team: Guide a compact team of business analysts and sales support personnel to accomplish organizational objectives.

Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the Business Development team and the Product, Technology, Legal, and Human Resources departments to ensure synergy and cooperation.

Optimization of Sales Tools and Resources: Assess and deploy necessary tools and resources to enhance sales motions and boost sales outcomes.

Monitoring and Reporting of Sales Activities: Keep track of all sales activities to pinpoint issues, devise solutions, and generate precise reports.

Creation of Promotional Events: Plan and execute promotional events to boost sales figures.
Base: up to $190k
OTE: up to $225k
Car allowance, 20% travel requirement, NY territory
