Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional patient care and collaborate with healthcare professionals in various medical settings. Duties: - Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers - Monitor and accurately document patient vital signs and medical information - Work closely with physicians and registered nurses to create and execute individualized patient care plans - Assist patients with personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility needs - Conduct specimen collection processing and maintain sterile processing procedures - Perform procedures like IV insertions, wound care, and catheterizations under supervision - Coordinate discharge planning and provide patient education on post-treatment care - Familiarity with family planning, acute care, dialysis, and clinic operations - Experience in Level II Trauma Center settings and senior care Skills: - Possess a valid LPN license in the state of practice - Completion of an accredited LPN program - Current CPR certification - Proficient in medical terminology, physiology knowledge, and aseptic techniques - Prior experience in medical records management is beneficial - Ability to work effectively in diverse healthcare environments including hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities Joining our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient well-being while enhancing your expertise in a dynamic healthcare setting.
