Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a full-circle supply chain company with a product offering of single-use food plastic, paper, aluminum and molded fiber targeted toward the food-service industry.
They’re seeking a meticulous, detail orientated and organized individual to handle shipping-related inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively.
In this role you’ll be collaborating with the sales and shipping departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products. You will be responsible for accurately processing inbound orders and entering them into the system promptly. The ideal candidate is motivated to achieve their targets and complete theirs tasks with upmost accuracy.

What’s in it for you?
- $55,000 - $60,000 per annum.
- In-Office (Fullerton Location).

What do you do?
- Oversee the email inbox and action correspondence accordingly.
- Receive inbound email orders and review them for accuracy and completeness.
- Process orders based on the account through web based EDI sites.
- Enter order details and data promptly and accurately.
- Verify pricing, discounts, and payment terms to ensure proper order processing.
- Facilitate communication with internal departments and external parties to resolve conflicts.
- Collaborate with Inventory, Warehouse and Logistics teams to determine appropriate shipping dates and ensure timely delivery.
- Interface with customers to resolve inquiries.
- Maintain and update order records (PO, SO, BOL, POD), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in report generating and presentation to leadership.
- Continuously strive to reach and exceed your set KPIs.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and implement strategies to improve workflow efficiency.
What do you need?
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, logistics, or administrative support roles is advantageous.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organizational and problem solving with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM systems..
- Customer service-oriented.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a positive attitude with the capability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
