Position: Sales Professional, Hydronic Sales, Boiler Sales, Plumbing Sales
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Responsibilities:
- Call on wholesalers, mechanical contractors, and engineers.
- Train, educate, and increase market share for the companies we represent.
- Conduct sales calls at customer locations and job sites.
- Identify and engage new customers.
- Provide product quotes and increase sales within our geographic territory.
- Document calls, quotes, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Offer support to customers on the products we represent.
- Continuously educate yourself on represented products and industry trends.
- Be an active member of local industry organizations.
- Recommend products to customers and provide product training.
- Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.
- Build and nurture customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience in the plumbing and heating markets preferred
- Basic understanding of hydronic heating systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to use a CRM system
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems
- Experience with boiler installation and design
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to sales opportunities
