Sales Leader Responsibilities
Looking for an amazing, energetic person that can support the store manager and assistant manager lead a team of 8 -15 people.
A Sales Leader is responsible for making sure that the daily operations of the store run smoothly by supporting staff on the sales floor and handling administrative duties. Their duties include inspecting inventory shipments, resolving customer complaints and training new team members.
Details Include
- Ensure consistent execution of company’s visual presentation
- Set up displays and arrange merchandise to promote sales
- Train staff on how to drive sales through consistent development of product knowledge and customer service standards
- Ensure compliance to policies and procedures and report concerns to senior management
- Maintain proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transaction as guided by senior management
Qualifications include
Previous Experience in Retail Sales
Available for some nights and Weekends
Professional appearance and attitude
Reliable Transportation
Applicants must be 18 years or older with previous retail or management experience & be available to work nights and weekends.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
