Overview:
The Development and Events Coordinator will be responsible for activities that support fundraising, including donor engagement, cultivation, and retention. Additionally, this role is responsible for oversight and management of our donor database. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting people living with mental illness.
Responsibilities:
- Events: Lead the planning and execution of fundraising events, as well as friend-raising events engage new supporters and partners.

Database Management: Maintain up-to-date records in database (Salsa). Ensure overall data integrity. Create reports, synthesize information, and share updates about current and prospective donors.

Fundraising and Prospecting: Oversee and coordinate Trilogy’s fundraising appeals and mailings. Research and identify potential partners and support engagement strategies. Create and maintain a calendar of stewardship activities (site tours, reports, etc.). Identify and promote fundraising opportunities. Identify contacts within our networks to facilitate connections and advance relationships. Identify opportunities for friend-raising, donor acquisition, and awareness-building. Support peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns.

Cultivating Relationships: Support donor stewardship and cultivation processes. Prepare and send donor acknowledgement letters and other. Identify and share success stories that uplift our work. Identify opportunities for donor acknowledgement and recognition. Work with program team to ensure relevant and timely updates on program activities and client successes.

Communication and marketing: Keep donors and public informed about the impact of Trilogy’s work through regular email newsletters, social posts, and other communication vehicles. Manage selection, creation and distribution of promotional items. Supports the creation of marketing tools, e. brochures, video content, etc.

Qualifications:
The Development Coordinator will be a highly motivated self-starter with a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualities and attributes:

- Experience with organizing in-person donor events.
