Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, and videos
- Manage social media accounts and monitor online conversations to ensure brand reputation is maintained
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions
- Monitor social media analytics and generate reports on performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in content creation for various social media platforms
- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software
- Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS coding
- Proven track record in social media management and digital marketing
- Basic photography skills for capturing high-quality visuals
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and strategies
