We are currently hiring a Payroll Analyst for our centralized Payroll team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Payroll system or related workforce management experience; multi-state preferred
- Expert level Excel experience; ability to perform pivots, V-lookups and other functions within Excel
- Experience working in high-volume payroll environment (300 FTE's or more)
Job Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly and monthly payrolls in Workday system
- Analyze, verify and input payroll data
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State wage and hour laws
- Audit and administration of PTO, compensation, garnishments, benefits, ensuring all information is processed accurately and timely
- Calculate and process adjustments to pay
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information, which may include General Ledger (GL) discrepancies
- Create complex monthly reports using the Workday and Excel to provide payroll data to auditors, vendors, and other support functions
- Work with HR team members to execute tasks related to timely reporting, terminations, new hires, promotions and other related changes
- Coordinate the annual open enrollment period for all employees
- Provide customer service and problem resolution to employees, in a friendly and professional manner
