YOU WILL:
- Reviews patient scheduling each morning for assigned offices and identifies opportunities to enhance productivity, and office revenue.
- Schedules or changes appointment.
- Greets patients in a professional manner via telephone, 100% of the time.
- Verifies and or inputs patient information (demographic, insurance, and contact information) into system, 100% of the time.
- Organizes electronic communications and maintains documents for easy and efficient retrieval.
- Follows established procedures regarding HIPPA and compliance with federal, state, and local laws, 100% of the time.
