- Haltom City area (NOT REMOTE)
- Commissions paid on all completed claims (2023 average was $3500 per claim)
- Full-Time Position (sales, customer service)
-Experience leader in the residential roofing industry to Lead a team of sales reps (Already in place and producing)

What we are looking for:
Texas Direct Roofing and Construction is seeking a sales manager to join our growing
team to help lead a team of producing sales reps. Have a heart to develop them, train them, and coach them.
We are looking for individuals who want to be a part of company that works hard
and plays hard.
Qualifications Needed:
o Experience in Residential Roofing Sales
o Comfortable leading teams
o Have a heart for developing new reps
o Great work ethic and good time management
o History of being a high performing sales rep
Responsibilities:
o Be a high performing sales rep
o Meet regularly with your sales reps individually and as a team
o Foster a team culture that people want to be a part of
o Develop new reps into producing reps
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $6,000 - $8,000 per month
